Tractor Supply Co.

Expected Tractor Supply Co experience. Friendly staff. Huge plus: There's a standalone single self-checkout POS that typically nobody is using. I'm typically able to pay as soon as I'm ready to checkout, without waiting in a line. Much appreciated!

I came here to pick up dog food and my 4 year old was excited to see the chickens. She ran behind a lady that WAS ABOUT to move a pallet and the lady looked at her and threw her vest off and slammed the doors as she went through the back even though my daughter didn’t touch her and I apologized 3 times for the 2 second inconvenience my excited 4 year old created. Management saw the whole thing, made eye contact with me and walked away. I’m so sorry my 4 year old ruined her whole day 🙃

One star only based on staffing. 5 star on the quality of the regular, long term staff. Horribly, horribly understaffed, I had thought it couldn't get worse, but it has. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and hard working for sure, but 3 employees isn't enough to run a store of this size, they frequently have a line of customers for each associate needing help, but they definitely go above and beyond and help. They look dead tired, sweaty and run ragged. They need working registers as well. One or the other always seems to be locking up. And don't get me started on propane. There are times only 1 employee in the store is certified, or the machine goes down. I leave the store feeling bad for those workers, especially ones that are always there. As much as I love this store, they need better staffing and to treat the staff they have better. I heard they downgraded this store and cut staffing, which definitely isn't helping. Not surprised by the staff turnover rate due to the conditions, there's always new people there. Really a sad situation there.
